Simply, I am not in Europe and since this is the internet I don't have to follow certain countries rules just simply the forum rules. As long as there's no rule on the forum that prohibits it I don't have to.

I would not recommand him, he said he is Challenger & D1, but he didn't do well in platin ELO.

And he want to stop my boost, I accepted, but i've lost some lp, and have alots of lost now :(.
But he is safe & trusted, he's just not skilled :)
