New to reading aswell? This is a base, not a fully functional server. Learn some programming first, else this source wont get you far. Its pretty complex and complicated.

No, that's your responsibility if you take on this source. This source is not for consumers. It's a resource for developers in this section (as you've seen from other posts above). Try something like Redux, instead.

As far as I'm aware, it's a client bug with num lock. There are ways of getting around it, but it means having symbols not work (or something like that, I can't entirely remember).

You're not following my guide at all. What is that? A cracked version of Navicat? And I'm sure you're also using AppServ or something else equally ancient. Follow my guide.

What`s wrong with AppServ? It has never failed me to this day for local testing and such.

I am using appserver.
I'm doing the installation, click the innodb.

Have you checked the last time it's been updated? local testing.. sure. Live server? good luck getting shell'd.

I`d never host my own web server, paid hosts are the way to go for me (comes out cheaper for me actually, lol), but that is a valid point. For local stuff though I still prefer it. :)
