Even decompiled and recompiled using pseudocode is not that size.

okay, because you just need feedback, i explain it. it's called anti-Reverse, usually packer give you extra-byte in your file protected if someone try to analyse / dump / debug. so, it's not clean yet.
feedback: BUT YOU REALLY DIDN'T TOUCH or PACK YOUR ANTICHEAT FILE (dph.ldr)
still, you wanna test clean version of yours file? i'll send to your message if you want it :D

didn't you noticed it? that bug comes up if your db doesn't have itemtrade.db (or similar, i don't remember it)
you have few option, debug and reassembly it to accept without that db, or your can get the db it self. :D

I have the itemTrade. db but in time to enter the game pops up this error.
Did debugging but found nothing.
