[Release] Universal 5065/5095 (Binary) Tool

Updated with v1.1. Should work on windows xp now. Download netframework 3.5. I believe that is supported.

Also added a key changer. You need to provide your own cracked exes tho. Plenty available on the forum for 65&95.
