Depending on what class you are the aimbot wont even affect you.
Leveling or just PvP, it doesn't matter. If the server is running on a supported patch by the aimbot, it will affect everyone if people are using it.

Unless you're actually smart enough to know how to block his aimbot.
Although it's highly doubtful more than about 5 people in this community could. (They know who they are.)
