I did learned to create and design a entire map by myself once and created a few (valve hammer editor-not so easy) that are played every day on random servers.

Maybe one day I will start learning coding/programing

@Ontopic: Can't wait till someone actually manage to open a private server with europeans.

All I need are some basic functions, knowing how to use packet writer/reader well you know xD Basic stuff

It's not hard to learn to code enough so you can play with the emu files you can find. Most of the things you can learn from Google as Windrius said and the rest you can learn by just watching at the code in front of you.
