Delete the gameguard folder and the previous .kom that you replaced.
Then restart your unit and launch the game.

no it's not with the koms he has.
coz GG will check it and the launcher so even if he puts modded koms if he doesnt bypass the launcher , it will update from the server.

I have encountered this error. Today,
Uninstall Elsword PH, Delete the leftover gameguard folder, Uninstall FIDDLER
Install Elsword PH
Thats how i fixed it
Error : ''Client will be closed by GameGuard''.
