If you have the Knowledge of C# and C++ you can do it.

Use a SWF Compiler open the SWF with C# or C++ and write in what you want if you do all right you have a Mod writen.

And no i don't answer on this france bullshit because its a German/English forum where only German and English allowed is.

SWF Files can be opened with C++ (Rightclick and Open with C++ so is it on my PC how is it on your PC idk.)
