to me not, i deleted the ahrp.txt from hshield and launched the metin2launch.exe and it work just fine :), try it :
1.enter metin2 folder -> hshield
2.search ahnrpt.txt and delete it
3.start metin2 with metin2launch.exe
This worked for me
I see that the ahnrpt.txt is recreated and i think it needs to be deleted again for the hack to work.And be carrefull because the hack will give some erros like "Traceback.... " something like

and in this case you have to restart the metin2launch.exe for 2-3 times :)
