They aren't dumb. They knew someone would get a server and get 100 skills in it, and soo they saved it... Now, people will stop going to SwSro and get back on ECSRO, because it doesn't lag that much... And I'm pretty sure when a p-server gets euro, ECSRO will update right away... I think Ocean sold to SwSRO admins the server files to testing purpose - meaning is it rly posible to update 100cap and 100skills on 1.091 but masking the real version with 2.0XX, and claiming they got GWGWC server files. Witch is questionable rly, is Ocean rly selling the server files or not?
