Mercenary War - Private Server

Server Maintenance >> Start : today 9h30 -> End : Today 14h

ROFL KIDS! YOU MADE MY DAY!

And who do you think that was closing all of those servers til today? It was Dream Execution, who received a report from Nexon. Therefore only Nexon has a license to host a server, so they have a full right to claim for the damage done by a private server. This means that owner of the server will have to pay for the illegal act done by no one else than him + donation money or whatever he received from players.

If the owner is below 18 years old and cannot pay, or won't agree to pay for the damage, Nexon can claim that money from his parents. If mommy and daddy don't have enough property to cover the damage, their country CAN seize their land to cover the damage.

So ask yourself kids, is it worth making a private server with knowing that you could live under a bridge for the rest of your life?

Where do live? 'murcia? You parents don't need to pay for anything. The rest however, remains true.

About the "OWN" and "a LICENSE" part, not really as DE is the actually FOUNDER of the Jin-Someotherbunchofcraptofillthename Engine.. and u can watch it from this side:

Habbo (Ye I know ..) Sulake isn't able to disclosure any retro hotel's at ALL.
Anyhow, at an non-Offshore host, they are able to DMCA, which will almost (at every non-offshore host) result in an disclosure!

Same for DE & War Rock private server's, and other private server's!

Just to make some bullcrap out of this crazy nobrain world.

Now that everybody expressed his lack of fluency in English and jurisdiction, I might enlighten you idiots.
Nexon has the exclusive rights to use and publish Dream Execution's WarRock International in several countries (actually I think it's all countries that no other publisher has yet covered). That means if you use DE's files or anything that is based on them - practically or virtually - and host the servers in one of those countries that count to Nexon's market, they are allowed and will sue the fuck out of you.
Dream Execution cannot take legal action in those cases, as they passed their rights on WR Int. more or less completely to Nexon. That's how publishing works for most MMOs.
So now that I cleared this up, you guys can eventually shut the fuck up.
