wenn der Account geblockt wird, "Real Owner contact support bla bla bla" kann man ihn mit solchen Transaktions ID's noch entsperren, wenn der Account nicht gebannt wurde. Man hat zumindest noch eine Chance.
Sonst alle Daten vorhanden? firstname, lastname, geb. Datum, email?
