I tested that months ago, opened a stupid Webmoney acc and at the end of the day, the 10€ I sent were useless because of that Currency issue.

WebMoney isn't hard to do, managing two purses isn't also. But it's not worth the effort for just saving 3€ compared to Poland.

Theres no limit. As long as the phone as credit in it, you can keep topping up.

Like I said before there is one downside, you only get Neon and license plate. But tats not a problem if u care about boost only..
