Possible dual wielding?

it is indeed a great thing to add to the chinese race when the stats are reduced for dual wielders,woulnt make sense if the dual wielders get the same stats and 2x more speed lol

Dual wielders at chinese can be specialised at crit, hit rate, dmg.
You can make skills like Hit rate increase, crit increase, phy attack power increase and also some skills which can stun, bleed and so on.
Also you can make something like "Iron Skil"- Phy and Mag Defence increase as passive so the complete class would have same style as any other chinese style.
Sure you have to setup the skills correctly so it will not get over powered.

setting up skills to not be OP or underpowered is a tricky task indeed lol
