Yes, that should work. I never tested it since i'm playing on the official EU ones, but as far as I saw those are the only two things that need to be changed.

There is no support for 64-bit on any private server because the guy who made the ip-restriction fix (the DLL you have to put in bin32) didn't feel like figuring out how to do it in the 64-bit client.

Hey thx for your work ( i'm french sorry for my bad English ^^) and when i choose "other" language and i start, they told me "This program is unavailable in your country" i don't know why maybe u don't add the french language? , could you help me please ? x) thank you!

Some languages are supported by no additional start command to the aion.bin and some need a specified one. I have no idea which one it is on the french version of the game, but maybe you could check the path of your game link and tell me if there is something like
...-lang:(anything)

And no, it should be possible to start the game unlimited times on one computer. But take care, aion needs a lot CPU. BTW multiclienting is now supported by the normal game too. It has been added. When I released this tool the first time, this feature was not supported yet.
