Why didn't you do this in the first place instead of starting another attention whore thread that has been done to death, every month, for the last 3+ years?
If "money is no object" get yourself some professional developers to create an emulator for the game because Joymax will not sell you files to a copyrighted game and create a competition for customers situation.

Whatever files you have probably aren't new and have been around for a while. Good luck getting them to work as nobody else have been able to.
