What means that?

I'm German an can't imagine what is this meaning..
Can you explain what i must do at this point...
perhaps with a screenshot, but a simple instruction would be enough...

Thanks,

so i put the delay to 25ms..
All works good...
Now i have made the experience that between the pursuits the bot is sometimes slow to start a new pursuit and sometimes fast..
Now my friend move the mouse cursor in the screen of nfsw while the bot make his work and now: the bot joins very fast the pursuits... everytime.

So i try this and that works for me too, when im not move the mouse cursor in the nfsw screen the bot is much slower...

So now my question :D have anybody a idea for a good freeware makro program that will capture your mouse movement an loop this?
