"Read-only" = u can read ONLY, so you CAN'T write ...
"Write-protected" = u CAN'T write, means, you ONLY can read ...

yea i get ID blocked :S
i deleted the uport.dll and copy pest another 1 but still when i open luncher it dl uport.dll -.- & i cant open and i tryed 2 delete everything in the update.txt so it dont update when i open luncher still same problem i cant open kal
