there is a unpacked dekaron and gameguard bypass already... a simple google search will do the trick. (im talkin about one to see the process in CE).

The answer is simple. Put the executable in the bin folder.

i'v put both of this files in BIN folder but when i click on unpacker its run the luncher

If you don't know how to bypass launcher you shouldn't use the unpacked_dekaron.exe . Use the modified_dekaron.exe instead.

Eh.. no. The unpacked dekaron.exe is a dekaron.exe that is unpacked from any executable packers and protectors.
