I recommend to use it.Why? it's simple.It's a hack that you can use to complete some acheievements. But,you need some brain.Some of ''kids'' from this forum,abuse...so hard.You don't need to buy in 1 day 150 slots,because it's obvious that you abused. I recommend to buy everyday a small ammount,and every slot to be filled with a car.like a scirocco..

Hack slots it's something new,I don't really know well how it works.
Aftermarket things are impossible to hack anymore,since EA patched ArtMoney. I can't make a new Aftermarket Hack,so you can buy Boost bodykits with IGC. Card packs I think are more Tricky.
Also,the difference between slots and card packs it's huge.
disable Something and you can buy how many slots you want.
At card packs,you have to send a request to server,retreieve boost from account,and after that receieve items.

It's easy to find how slot hack works;
60EE20 :: Base 400000 // This is the server entry-point, nop it and game will be local - and it is the address pursuitbot uses to gain full access on nfsw

I get it,but, Aftermarket packs can't work..It's my opinion.

Make sure you have administrator rights.
Open Pursuit Bot if you want to do pursuits,go to free roam and press start
If you want slots,don't press start,go to safehouse,Car dealer and press ''buy slot''
