I saw 1 or two guys as well today,it is more like a bug or they are using some hacks and the score they have is 0 because of the hack!

If it is a bug - It's a pretty serious one if the players have those cars!

on what sever ? tell us the server... maybe its a bug.. make a new profile ... and see how much cost the car

That happned to me on APEX EU i dont know about other servers.
