I can offer the verifcation, ofcourse if you count me as responsible and reliable for the verfications etc. I'm talking about account/profile verification not name, date of birth etc. If you want, just send me a PM and we can talk about more infomation etc.

well make some more "mods" or something like that, so they could approve stuff and delete posts etc and close threads.

It is not, it's completely different. I'm asking for verification of the sold/bought accounts, not elitepvpers accounts like he assumes i'm talking about.

As for the idea - very good it would decrease number of scams drastically.
Vouches - they are good. But people are doing them wrong way. Vouches should be done to trusted members. Then when in your profile (new booster) you have 5/0/0 TBM but gave by known members with 40-100 TBM then they matter. 5/0/0 TBM from other new users are ... not trustable at all.

Its a perfect idea. Even though I wouldnt trust the mods knowing my main but w/e. Its still a perfect idea.
