How to get your server on the normal bad company server list?

Hello all,

I found the dbx python script elsewhere.
I found an "editor" and downloaded it (no virus found for me, but you can check yourself).
The editor itself did not work, but it came with 2 python scripts, one called archive and one called dbx. I tried them and they seem similar to the ones shown in the screenshot in this tutorial, so I could extract the fbrb using this script and I could extract the dbx.
I also could re-pack the dbx and fbrb folder, I could not verify the work since I am missing some clients to verify changes to the ranking system, but seems working so far.

I updated the first post with working links and scans of the files, also reposted the compression tools as a separate archive for those that already have server files.

every time I follow the steps as you said setting custom scores etc nothing changes what to do?
