Pax tf "work" if one of these condition is meet :

A. Transfer account from EU to NA,use the code there and transf back to EU

B. You send a request to the support,they will ask you to send them a picture of the card with a handwrite note of your summoner name/account name or with a picture of your pax 2009 ticket as proof of your attendance to the event

Scammer. He attemped to scam my account. I had to recover it through riot support centre. After I`ve given him details he went offline and changed password.
