You need to fix a lot more than just the login server, that's why only 2 servers have a running A9 exe. The difference between the 2 servers is one was done by professionals and one was done by monkeys.

You are best off making your own because I doubt anyone will share a working exe with you thanks to the time and effort required to get it to work.
