I just went on my paypal acc and the problem was fixed :D

there is some screens of the titles (on the main char), for information, this is my own account, bought in the official ncsoft market. I got absolutly all the details (id number, cd keys, email, ncsoft acc, etc), I never added any things on my HoM, it's actually empty and waitin to get points, it's unlinked :D :

And yes, I tried with an old account, it's possible to link banned accounts with your gw2 account. - except if they nerfed this, I tried in sept. 2012 and it worked. -

I sell it 30€, and as the other account, I have every details of the gw2 acc, AND the gw1 acc linked (but banned, as I said), since it's my own accounts bought in the official ncsoft market too.
