i run the RTE.exe and it says " Cannot Find 'vlc70.bpl' Please , re-install this application

i use win7 64bit.

Please Help me, too.

add bpl files link.
extract all bpl files to trainer directory.

Dude while im loading to the log in page it says rtl70.bpl : Error While loading a DLL!

sir. wheres the bpl files?? the helix.rar only contains the trainer and 1 dll file. where are the bpl files?? please help sir. thanks :)

try to install delphi. link:
