You select compatibility mode "Windows 7" or other.

I got the message MSVCR100D.dll missing but i install and reinstall many time Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and Visual C++ Redistributable für Visual Studio 2012 Update 1 but the message is still there !!!
Please help me ;(

Download. After extract to "C:\Windows\System" & "C:\Windows\System32" files.
