Ok so first of all, get the databases from here:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Keep all of them except for account.bak (You can delete, it sucks and you will keep on getting errors)
Then download the databases from here:

Delete all of them, but keep account.bak.
Now put those databases into your C:\ folder. Or whichever yours is.
Then just follow my video here on how to set everything else up:
