And about the nationality, at least for the forums there is mods for each lang, not sure about the ingame servers.
E.g: when u finish arcade/conquest it compare the current time with the last time u cleared it if it's less than 2 min then baaaan buahaha
But I doubt that cause alaplaya is so noob
