Check if you have virus/es in your computer, because if there is some virus that is blocking you to open the file/s.

nope, no viruses... maybe the file is corrupted?

I can open the file, so it is not corrupted. Maybe something in your computer is blocking this program, because I have Norton and when I opened this program there came window/box where read, "Requires Attention".
So I think that some software is blocking it, or maybe your Antivirus?
What Antivirus you have?

Go to your AVG settings, then go to firewall, then put that NoCheatPGM program to allowed. This is difficult to say, because I have Norton :)

Done! I opened the file but there is another problem... there are only 7 servers (de1,de2,de3,de5,de5,int3,de7) and mine is not there... :(:(:(

Well if your server is not there, ask NoCheatPGM to put your server there. :)
