well you should run server with sro-r files, because pvp system is much better than with vsro files, alot of future, also files are bugless

-1x alchemy rate,people should feel the power of +7 weapons again :(
-no advanced elixirs
-no devil spirit
-some basic and old avatars
-keep job rates at 1x
-set rewards for job activity
-tablets/elements system..with modification that all tablets require only 8degree elements,no shitty earth2 and water4 etc.
-remove vigor/hp/mp grains.
-no fellow pets
-weekly event (roc or something).
-no need for any GMs,just the administration.
-keep the green book,so people go and pvp instead of 24/7 botting.
-silks should buy cosmetics (avatars,prem,scrolls etc)
-premium shouldn't be higher than 10% rates.
-set rules for multi-clienting.

nope and nope
new pvp sucks, is not the same as the old system(not to mention stupid new job system)
and the files are not bugless, all the files got their issues, even if they are new

Exp rate: 35x
Suggestions: Just make it like a normal server, not overedited, meaning about serverfiles and client.
