When the CC companies chargeback Riot will just chargeback the RP also and probably ban the acc.
Dudes don't buy RP with CC that you don't own yourself for your acc. That is just stupid.
If you wanna do in your smurfs and dont care of loose money yes do it.. but for that you can do it for free. go search also for fake/stolen/hacked CC cards also..
And maybe someday the police it's in your door lol..
