That estimated traffic is that of the LINX exchange (London Internet Exchange) which the DDoS guys attacked in order to disrupt the internet, they go on to say that the total amount of bandwidth from the attack was 300Gbps.
They also state that the attackers only tried to attack CloudFlare with 120Gbps and then went after the other layers instead.
So yeah entirely wrong.
Oh and since when is a saturated line the same as being DDoS'd, ridiculous statement lol
