I somehow found a solution to this. Well, at least it works for me. (Win 7 32 Bit)
- Run it as administrator.

If that doesn't work either:
1. Right click to Properties.
2. Compatibility tab.
3. Check "Run this program as an administrator.
4. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
5. Choose "Windows 7"
6. OK.
7. Test it out.

It worked for me but, I don't know how it would go for you guys.

Right click ProDLLer.exe > properties > compatibility

If you're using win7 , go to compatibility mode there and change the Windows XP ( service pack 3 ) to Windows Vista.

Make sure tick (Run this program in compatibility mode for) after change setting.
