IF you would have read the ENTIRE thread, and its only a few pages, you would have had your answer. NO Teddy Song DID NOT release this. It was ORIGINALLY released by a coder handled "OUT OF LAW", and recently EDITED by MORGS888. Does that answer your question?

I think that the way to not get banned is not abuse of it. For example, not buying too much new hull, just one or two or too much research... try just refitting a bit, that is free of XP and some insta repairs... if you abuse you will end at the top in the leader-boards just in XP and not in Hull-plunder, so people will report you...

Correct....All SWF hacks can get you banned, even safe ones. It depends how you use the hack. If you abuse it then you will lose your base.

Here is the process.
1. Disable secure browsing in facebook.
2. Start Charles.
3. Run CCleaner.
4. Open battle Pirates
5. Back to Charles and find [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] on the left.
Click + to expand then click Game + to expand again.
6. Rightclick game-v121.vxxxx.swf and choose Map Local
7. Click Browse and give it the hack you downloaded.
8. Run CCleaner again.
9. Refresh your Browser.
10. Done.

is charles or fiddler better for using the swf files?

No there is no proven unban it's all been fake rumors. I don't think it's possible without hacking. Real hacking.

Is anyone having issues with this since the update 5/1/13?

edit-got it to run again but gives a sos and and says game was updated and i need to refresh.
