This is 8.2 stuff.

If you don't know how to add it you should not add it.

Sounds like you need to learn how to back up your databases also.

@thndr i added itemsresource to sql. but i add items to my character shows empty . What should I do to correct the ? Can u give me 8.2 String resource thx

Where I will add it

Do whatever you want with it. You can import it to your DB, you can hash the file name and add it to your client resource folder. I just gave you what you asked for.
