Unfortunatly designers aren't recruited often to teams. Many are afraid of sharing a source they work on with a designer, incase it gets stolen and released. Understandable, but makes it difficult. Guess I can't blame them though, with the growing number of untrustworthy people stealing and releasing stuff... Or simply trying to take credit for other peoples work.

Why exactly did this discussion occure in a thread over a mounth old?
