I was able to to read the the enc file but I dont have any idea what to scan to find the adress or what to do. Can you give us more hint please?

i know how to open and how to read the file....but i dont find out what i scan for in ce

ok i've figured it out...and its easy to find them...IF YOU KNOW IT....but what i doesnt find, is the nct for the bm3 attack skills.i scan for it and found it...but i if i change the settings nothing happens. any solutions for me? thx for any help
