If you can change stats, then you can as well buy it. You can't change weapon IDS, though(even if you do, you can't buy it)

You obviously have 32 bit system and HGWC hides s4client.exe process in those systems. How to make that process visible was described in this topic [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
