yes, sharing a bug via Pm is not a sure thing, in the end BP will find out about the bug, but if it is not fully public BP will pay less interest in solving the bug this is why it is better to send bugs via PM

Bugs via PM is big ***, everyone should use a bug, and if Bigpoint fixed it we are laughing.
So don´t get ideas like this please.

Do whatever you feel like with the bug.
& i think by VIP you mean premium, you can buy this, but not necessary.

All you have to do is equip the boat to the max with all type of elite cannons you can. For example, 105 55s, 105 50s, 105 50s lvl 1, and you will hit harder :)
