I have to agree with Nitro... yeah, i said it. It IS a hack. If i knew exactly how it is done, id tell you how to do it, but i only have a rough explanation on how i think it is possible.
In theory, a simple script basically isolating the attack command+whatever comes next+attacking. this tells the computer to not wait for user input. Logically it waits for the next action until the user commands the next move. A1, set up battle. end A1. A2, view platoon. end A2. A3 begin battle. Even an auto clicker will take time to execute this where a script that says A1+A2+A3 makes it all happen in the time it takes to execute a single A1... NOT A FACT, but a solid theory.

Or they could be using Charles or Fiddler to skip something. By the way you can skip /saves. Game saves nothing lol.
