Actually the proper way wont use that method ... but u can get show the skill effect through sending the Dagger Skill name effect to all players .. but in this case u have to convert the effect into Flag .. then work on it again

So he choosed the Wrong and Harder way of handling this skill .. dont use this method

this way may be sending the effect but i dont like effects at anyway unless no other way, it may cause some lagging on client side
