i really didnt get it,. ive readed that instruction over and over but still i didnt catch any idea how to use that decrypter,. ive tried everything i can.. wew! ^_^

open cmd->
locate the folder of gguardfile.exe. using cd command...
type gguardfile.exe fileyouwanttodecrypt.ini/cfg output.txt

this is the logic...
