By permanent it means Permanent.
It will automatically scan the values/offsets of the "EXE" every time it updates. Therefore, there's no need to re-download this "hack" every time NFS World updates.
This is done with the technique called Find Pattern or Pattern Recognition. Depends how coders call this.
I had this working fine, if you cant get this to work, good luck.
