it does, you just don't know how to read. When i say that all your dmg (from all sources) are taken in count in every single attacks, that mean exactly it.
You don't have to care about the dmg coming from a stone or a buff or a cook produce or anything else, it don't change the fact that i wrote.
There is just a little subtility with normal hit, as i notified it in the post you quoted (finaly).
So, if its said that there is all the time all dmg in every attack, then its normal that after a normal elemental resistance debuff on your target, it take more dmg even using a heavenhell skill on him (as long as you have normal elemental dmg displayed in your character window).
There is alos no proportion to speak about

. When you add 10 dmg, you simply add 10 dmg, wherever they come from. Impressive isn't it?
Just don't forget that your target have many kind of protection, so thats normal that if you add 10 dmg, you won't do 10 more dmg on him, but less.
