I understand the goal here however many of the things are not possible...

Scan of IDs? Only makes sense if you are making a buy for an account for big money. For 10$ no way.

Original Email? Yes that is necessary to work with support, however many times this is personal emails people can't give access to them. Can only tell the name and should be enough.

Pick the right seller? Well yes it's important to see if the guy you are buying doesn't have fake TBMs and stuff. However all ends in how you judge people. You could have a honest guy selling is great acc for good price and ofc he will only do this 1 time because he have only 1 Acc and he will have no TBMs. But you can have the scammer guy that tries everyday to scam and makes all the time new accs and fake tbms.

To have a scammer list on forum as sticky with people details like paypal and skypename that could be great to have. This will not prevent people to scam again but makes their life harder...

In the end buying an acc of any game it's always a risk. But it's better to risk to play the ammount of hours to get what an acc could have in it.

Totally right NHC, ive been tried to point out as much as possible, of course you can buy a safe account with part of them. Atm i find the support acc with confirmed informations fair enough.

For the email, there is possibility to setup with support, that, the original email isnt anymore aviable, and they can change it to different in their notes. So Support acc is most important.

As for picking the seller, usually, the speech, and hes replies on the MM/Payment method questions are fine enough to find out hes intentions.
