(Offsensive) Force + Str Bow seems like a bad idea to me simply because the main advantage you have with bow is that you can attack from a far range and with knockback and stun + phantom, you can usually keep a good distance and just hammer away.Quote:
Currently, I'm farming for a 100 Fire/100 Pacheon/100 Force char.
Though, I see some people that say that Light will do better than Fire, with reference to the speed buffs and the parry ratio increase/decrease.
I thought Force would do good in PvP, as well as in parties to resurrect people.
Do you think I made a good choice?
If you want to use force offensively, then you have to get real close and the point of having bow's distance advantage is diminished. In that case, a glaive + force would be better since you can quickly pull a ghost spear spin skill or a soul spear skill and be able to get the benefits of the debuff before it's cured.
If you just want force for res and therapy, which I guess can be nice in the Tomb since the spawn rates are pretty good, you can just plop down inthe middle of an area and fire away without worrying about being aggroed, although as a str bower, you should survive anyways because of how much HP you have.
However, why have all that SP locked away in 100 levels of a skill you get no immediate benefit from? I'd rather have 100 fire, 100 bow, 40 cold (for book 2 level 1 of snow shield), 32 lit (lvl 1 phantom) and then have 28 levels free for 110 cap whenever that comes without having to skill edit anything.
Just my thoughts on the issue, I'm no build expert!
