i dunno how you did it tho XD, and it didnt seem like letter X was able to help, and my thread died, lmao. Luckily flame reposted the same problem and alex helped. If you have another way i'd be glad to try it, if you are willing to share how.

Personally id really like the katana to mount on my back.

I was downloading a v5067 client (to upgrade to v5087), and I ended up messing around with DNS addresses and my network in general...and it all went down hill when I was messing with the IP Addresses. >.< Was 82% complete, and when I reconnected, Firefox never resumed, so when I paused and tried to resume, the '.part' file was gone >_> So I am now re-downloading it. ;D

@the Katana mounting part, you'd have to get the Ninja jump files and then get the client to read them. =d

edit: At the time of this post, I am at 73% w/ 25 minutes remaining. So I'll start editing soon. =D

@Letter X - its cool man. And i have gotten the new jumps into 5017, tho i dunno if i can map the ninja jump to the ninja i've created, since it isnt gonna be TQ's ninja. I do appreciate the help tho, and hope i didnt come across as ungrateful, cuz i appreciate help from anyone, thats for sure!

I still havent tried the katanas, tho i am arranging the files i need and gathering everything up in a sterile folder, and will drop things in as they are ready, but i saw that flame was successful with alex's technique, so that will be my first approach. Im also trying to get caught up a bit on the HUD, and finished the item window and char window, still alot left to do, but its coming along. I have worked on those damned katana for days now, and really needed a break, my brain was ... mush.

But definately, we can keep this thread open, and if you or Tao has a refinement to the implementation of Ninja in 5017, I'd be more than glad to take a look at it and try to implement them that way. Thanks to all! pce.

In the end, i found it was easier to turn it into a blade. :P So now it is my admin blade.

that was my first "work around", i brought them in as a new sword type, but kept the old swords as well. But without that code from Alex, i could equip it, but it wouldnt show on my mesh, and gave me the same error you had, item use bit. Have you tried the armors yet?
