Yes - you will get your character instantly capped, whether it's cap 80, 90, 100 or 110. The equipment you get is SoS+3, however, we've placed NPCs in each city with alchemy materials.

Do you mean 1 server with different realms which have different caps?

Imagine yourself with 1 account with 4 characters which is different in caps , when you are bored from a certain cap you can easily switch and jump to the other cap without losing your silk or stuff .
